2. Tour Conduct

• Arrival Time: Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without compensation.
• Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of guides. We reserve the right to remove any guest who is disruptive or poses a safety risk.

• Third-Party Platforms: When booking through third-party platforms such as Viator, Trip Advisor  and GetYourGuide, the terms and conditions of these platforms also apply. Please review their terms and conditions carefully.
• Liability: We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to booking errors, payment disputes, or cancellations. Please contact the respective platform for any such issues.

• Personal Responsibility: Guests participate in tours at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party service providers used during our tours.
