- More than 24 Hours Before Departure: Full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
- 15 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 24 Hours Before Departure: No refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that SKS Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
Refund Policy
